Revathi Kannan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Messrs. Revathi & Partners. Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2009, she brings over 15 years of legal experience across litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

A graduate of the University of Malaya with an Honours degree in law, Revathi began her career as in-house Legal Counsel at a major government-linked company, gaining critical insight into corporate governance and legal risk management.

In 2014, she founded Messrs. Revathi & Partners, a boutique legal firm based in Puchong, Selangor. The firm is now widely recognised for its expertise in civil litigation and its strong commitment to client-focused legal solutions.
Revathi is a certified trainer and an experienced legal educator. She regularly conducts high-level legal and compliance training for senior management and corporate participants from the Government, government-linked companies (GLCs), and the private sector. Her training has been attended by professionals from Tenaga Nasional Berhad, PETRONAS, MISC, KWSP, Iskandar Investment, Sarawak Energy, local banks, and other prominent institutions. Her sessions are known for translating complex legal principles into clear, practical strategies for risk management and regulatory compliance.

She is also a Fellow and Certified Practitioner (Adjudicator) with the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR), and serves as an Adjudicator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), focusing on construction and commercial disputes. Additionally, she is on the AIAC Academy Tutors Panel and has lectured at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM).

Revathi is frequently invited as a speaker and panelist at legal forums and conferences, both locally and abroad. She is also active in legal outreach through media appearances and public legal awareness campaigns.

She authored the Conveyancing Specialist Toolkit for CLJPrime, a leading Malaysian legal research platform, and continues to contribute to the advancement of legal knowledge and practice in Malaysia.
